Yoga Instruction – Deborah Clark

Deborah Clarke has nearly 20 years of experience in the health and fitness industry as well as yoga instruction. She graduated from the Wayne State University, Exercise Science program and has completed the 200 HR Yoga Teacher Training Program through YogaFit.

She has taught yoga for many years through the Adult Education Enrichment Program for Lakeshore Public Schools and various other fitness & wellness facilities

She has spent many years incorporating her yoga knowledge and skills into corporate settings to help reduce stress in the workplace, improve flexibility with post injury and post-surgery range of motion issues. More importantly her style of teaching is a blend of yoga traditions with a gentle approach of finding postural alignment, inner peace and balance. And all levels are welcome.
